G gave the trees a haircut and we can now get to the sheds without banging our heads
And now we have a shiny new padlock on the shed too.

Allotment - We Have Lift Off!
Couldn't resist going back again. First raised bed patched up and forked over. Planted some radishes and some spring onions for an easy win. :)
Photo a Day #89 - Allotment Progress
First bed nearly ready.
Got old carpet down between each bed so I can sit to do the weeding without getting too muddy.

Photo a Day #85 - Allotment Progress
Popped along to the allotment this morning and have visible progress.
Weeded most of bed 1, got the composter into position and started filling it. Also put some old carpet down on the grassed paths so I don't have to worry about mowing. Another plotholder asked if she could have some hazel clippings for her peas and gave me a bunch of daffodils from her plot as a thankyou.

Bead Soup Blog Hop - My Swapping Partner
I've taken part in Lori Anderson's Bead Soup Blog Hop a few times. Last time I met Shalini Austin and have been in touch every since. She does lovely wire wrapping and has access to some gorgeous different gemstones through the Rough Rock Shop in the UK.
This year I've been paired with Lori Finney in Canada who blogs at Using My Beads
She makes gorgeous stuff like this!
I'm looking forward to swapping with her. It should be lots of fun.
I've heard that she has received her Bead shop that I sent her so I can now share my picture of it.

Totally addicted to these vegetarian, gluten free pakoras.
I'm talking properly addicted. I've virtually inhaled them 2 days in row now and bought more veg to make them again.

Photo a Day #74 - Lutterworth Museum Spring Fair
Stall at Lutterworth Musuem. Fatal having me in front of the charity book stall! Managed to just buy one book for 50p. Wuthering Heights as I've never read it all the way through. Just excepts.
Note the gaps on the stall. It was an amazingly quiet day but sold a watch and a bracelet to a lovely lady for her daughters 16th birthday.
Photo a Day #73 - Book Swap
My Friday photo is from a book swap I joined through another blog.
My partner sent me these lovelies which I am looking forward to reading.

Photo a Day #70 - Batch Cooking
Broccoli soup, and Potato and Leek soup cooking ready for the freezer. I cook in batches and freeze in portion sizes so that we don't get tempted by takeaways. And it means I always have something ready to take to work for my lunch too.

Photo a Day #68 - Southside Wrestling
This is the ring at Southside Wrestling before the match started. had a brilliant time. A couple of the best matches I've ever seen, one of which turned out to be the Ring of Honour TV champion Tommaso Ciampa and the Dragonsgate USA champion Johnny Gargano
You can actually see me and G in the 3rd row of this picture of the action!
Definitely worth the tenner I paid to go! I'm off there again in April to see Petey Williams.

Photo a Day #67 - Ibstock Working Mens Club
Today's stall at Ibstock Working Men's Club, Leicestershire.
I was right by the door so was the first stall you saw on the way in, and also the last you looked at on the way out.
I loved the location but it was a bit nippy!
Photo a Day #66 - Daffodils
The daffodils are out in the garden.
I was stubborn last night after work and decided that if it was light out, I was going to sit outside and read my book.
It was so cold that I had two blankets, 2 cardigans and one shawl. I only lasted one chapter but I managed it!

Magnificent 7th: Sports Relief
This is my first time taking part in the Magnificent 7th although I have been following various bloggers who take part for a while now.
The theme for this month is "Sports Relief" and Beth said that it could be twisted anyway that we wanted to.
I decided that since I am a bit of a wrestling geek and am off to Nottingham on Saturday to see Southside Wrestling, I would choose an outfit that I would be happy to wear to a wrestling show.
First mention has to go to the t-shirt. After seeing it on a few blogs I just had to have it. I chose the slash neck version as sometimes normal t-shirts feel a bit claustrophobic on me and this one is just perfect and shows a bit of shoulder too. It's available from http://www.nickyrockets.com/ for £13
The leggings are standard black leggings from Tesco. I saw them reviewed by Rachel on http://www.adressisforlife.com/ and was tempted away from my Evans staples as the bargain price of £6 was too tempting and they are lovely. I can never find a size 26 in Tesco so I order them online and have them delivered to my local Tesco to save having to keep an eye out for my size. And postage free too if you collect them!
I haven't stopped wearing my shoes since I bought them a couple of weeks ago. They are Size 6 TUK pink leopard print creepers. So comfy!
A special mention has to go to the lipstick. When I went to the Nottingham Plus Sized Clothes Swap a few months ago, someone brought along lots of lipsticks. I was in heaven! I took along lots of clothes that no longer fitted be and picked up lipsticks in every shade of red and pink. This one is Rimmel 054 Soak.
And how can I mention wrestling without talking about the gorgeous Jessie Kresa? She wrestles under the name ODB and is a beautiful healthy plus size woman in comparison to the other ladies whoa re quite a bit smaller in stature.
This is how she looks in her ring attire.
And this is how she looks on fashion shoots.
Thanks for joining me for my first Magnificent 7th blog entry, and feel free to pop along to see how everyone else interpreted this months theme.
