I don't know how you can make neon things. Honestly I can't stand the things and if I ever find a neon bead in my hoard, I'm afraid I'd have to exile it to somewhere else away from the other beads. I think eye catching may have been the wrong expression. Eye searing might be better lol.
*lol* As you can tell, my camera isn't the biggest fan of orange. but at the weekend, neons got quite a bit of interest from customers so it looks like neon is here for the summer!
